The Oatey 4 oz. Purple Primer and CPVC Medium Orange Cement Handy Pack gives you everything you need for a smooth installation and convenient storage, at the best value. Recommended for cold water systems and hot water systems up to 200°F / 93°C, the included Oatey® CPVC Medium Bodied Fast Set Orange Cement has excellent gap-filling properties. Also included is Oatey® Purple Primer, an NSF-listed, aggressive primer that removes surface dirt, grease and grime; softens the pipe surface to allow for a fast, secure solvent weld; and has a purple tint for visible verification that a primer has been used, which is ideal for areas where plumbing code require this proof.
