1-Gallon GroundClear Year Long Vegetation Killer

Ortho® GroundClear® Year Long Vegetation Killer is formulated to kill unwanted weeds, grasses, and plants to the root and prevent weeds and vegetation for up to 1 year. This fast-acting formula starts working immediately and is rainproof in 1 hour. Use Ortho® GroundClear® Year Long Vegetation Killer only where no vegetation is desired for at least a year. Use on driveways, sidewalks, fence lines, paver patios, walkways, gravel areas, rock and desert landscapes, under decks, parking areas, and along fences and curbs. Water the day before application if soil is dry. For best results, apply when temperatures are above 60°F. The reusable Comfort Wand® provides consistent spray for maximum accuracy. Do not use before planting lawns, fruits, vegetables, or other plants because the product remains active in the soil for up to one year. Do not enter or allow others to enter treated areas until sprays have dried.

Where Not to Use

Do not use on lawns, on or around fruits, vegetables, flowers, or over the root zone of shrubs and trees.
Do not apply to slopes as the movement on the soil surface may damage desirable plants down the slope.
Do not apply next to fences if there are desirable plants growing on the other side.
Do not apply to areas where you want other plants to grow.
To avoid damage to desirable plants, do not apply over their root systems. For shrubs and trees, do not apply closer than twice the distance from the trunk to the drip line as roots may be within this area.

Where to Use

Use on driveways, sidewalks, along fence lines, on paver patios, in gravel areas, across rock and desert landscapes, under decks, in parking areas, and along fences and curbs. Ortho® GroundClear® Year Long Vegetation Killer can also be used in unplanted areas and other locations where weeds, vegetation, and grasses are not wanted.

When to Apply

For the best results, apply when weeds are actively growing and when the air temperature is above 60?.

How Often to Apply

Do not apply to the same area more than once a year.
The maximum single application rate is 1 gallon per 300 sq. ft.
