This new design features a stainless steelretainer for extra stength, higher pressure ratings and alower insertion force than previous versions of SharkBiteBrass Push-to-Connect fittings. SharkBite Max fittings donot require a PEX stiffener and are compatible with PEX,copper, CPVC, PE-RT and HDPE*.
SharkBite U3088FLEX18LF Flexible Water Heater Connector 18 in . The Water Heater Connector is used to connect the hot and cold supply lines to the water heater. The SharkBite connection allows the installer to connect to copper, PEX and CPVC tubing. It can be used in residential or commercial applications. Water Heater Connector has 3/4 in FIP and 3/4 in SharkBite Fitting by 18 in long. This product is lead free. 25-year warranty when properly installed on PEX, copper, CPVC and PE-RT. 5-year warranty when properly installed with HDPE SDR-9.
