Description
The primary function of the ECL flashing kit is to provide an engineered flashing kit for the FCM, VCM, VCE curb mount skylight. The ECL flashing kit consists of four components: saddle flashing, sill flashing, and step flashings underlayment. ECL flashing is designed for use with 2X4 and 2X6 curbs. ECL flashing components contain manufactured score lines to facilitate modifications when using ECL with a 2X4 curb. ECL flashing may be compatible with a competitor's curb mount skylight.
A crucial part of the complete system, VELUX skylight flashing kits are designed to shed water without relying on sealants that can break down over time.
