It’s guaranteed to stop water, resisting 10 PSI—equivalent to a 22-foot wall of water—and also resists 98 MPH wind-driven rain, giving confidence against heavy moisture intrusion. The breathable, low-odor formula reduces vapor transfer and helps protect against radon gas penetration while requiring no pre-mixing or pre-wetting. DRYLOK dries to a flat finish in 2–3 hours, covers about 75–100 sq ft per gallon, is tintable with several ready-mixed colors, and can be topcoated with latex paint after 24 hours. Cleanup is simple with warm, soapy water, and a fully transferable 10-year warranty backs performance.
