This is a primed casing moulding from Southwest Moulding designed to give a clean, finished edge around windows and doors and to accept paint for a tailored look. Made from paint-grade pine with finger-jointed wood construction, the casing comes factory-primed so you can skip initial priming steps and move straight to your choice of finish. At 2-1/2 inches wide, 9/16 inch thick and 10 feet long, it suits standard door and window openings and can be cut and coped for custom fits during trim installation. Because it’s paint-grade and ready to paint, it’s ideal for repainting to match existing trim or creating a fresh contrast in renovated rooms, new builds, or when replacing worn casing for a crisp, professional appearance.
