Description
The SharkBite Polymer Push-to-Connect Coupling is an efficient way to join multiple different materials with no specialty tools, solder, unions or glue required. These fittings are lead-free compliant, corrosion resistant, and are compatible with Polyethylene, Nylon, PEX, Soft Copper (must be round and in good condition). Installation is simple, simply push the tubing into the fitting and the stainless steel teeth will grip onto the pipe while a special EPDM O-ring compresses, forming a perfect watertight seal. Approved applications include: water filtration, reverse osmosis systems, ice makers, home/office coffee and beverage dispensing equipment, aquariums, air, gases, vacuum and liquids.
