It detects potential leaks with the Leak Detection system and sends alerts and notifications to your phone immediately. It also has integrated WiFi to help you manage water temperature, track energy usage and see how much hot water you have. Most importantly, it protects your home. It features the LeakGuard™ Auto Shutoff Valve which locks in water if a leak were ever present, protecting your home from water damage. As part of the Encore line, its self-cleaning feature prolongs tanks life and maintains the water heater's efficiency. Finally, it has a 12-year limited tank and parts warranty plus a 2-year in home labor warranty. This model comes with two 5500-Watt stainless steel heating elements to ensure your water heats quicker.
