The Richmond Essential EverKleen 30-Gallon Electric Tank Water Heater is a compact, efficient home water heater designed to deliver reliable hot water while extending tank life. You’ll want it for its EverKleen helix diffuser that fights sediment with a high-velocity spiraling stream, plus 4500-watt resistored copper elements and a premium grade anode rod to help prolong tank and anode life. Its isolated tank design reduces conductive heat loss and the automatic thermostat maintains your chosen temperature while an over-temperature protector cuts power if temperatures climb too high. With a Uniform Energy Factor of .90–.93, 21 GPH recovery at a 90°F rise, 240V single-phase electric operation, an above-element junction box for easier hookups, and a 6-year limited tank and parts warranty, it’s built for lasting performance in many homes.
