Contains A Special Acrylic Resin. Water Repellent And Resistant To Mildew And Fungus Growth. Formulated To Weather Slowly Over Time. Can Be Applied To New, Unprimed Fiber Cement Siding. Dries To A Natural Flat Finish. Covers 100-300 Sq. Ft. Per Gallon. Rates Vary Upon The Porosity And Type Of Surface.
