The Pit Boss Sportsman Series 1100SP delivers a powerful grilling experience for the true outdoorsman. With over 1,600 square inches of total cooking space, this grill is ideal for any cooking job – no matter the size. Offers 8-in-1 cooking versatility, allowing you to grill, smoke, bake, roast, sear, braise, char-grill, and BBQ - all in one machine. Using our innovative Flame Broiler Lever, you can achieve instant direct or indirect heat in a temperature range of 180° to 500°F. The dial-in digital control board works together with Pit Boss meat probes. Additional features of the Pit Boss Sportsman Series 1100SP Grill include two meat probes, a stainless-steel jerky rack, a large hopper capacity, a hopper viewing window, a built-in spice rack, and bottle opener, a high-temperature powder coat finish, a removable tray side shelf, and a foldable front shelf.
