The adjustable 2-piece design allows the connector to be mounted before it is positioned, facilitating easy installation. The metal connectors have a top cover plate that interlocks with your ledge and adjusts to the thickness of the beam being used. They are ideal for pavilion and pergola construction projects. These steel connectors are manufactured with 3/16-inch heavy gauge galvanized steel and are black powder coated to offer corrosion-resistant hardware. Unlike your conventional wood post bases, brackets, and connectors, the Ornamental Wood Ties line of products does not require additional labor and materials to conceal them. These connectors can be used with all types of lumber, from pressure-treated to cedar, giving your project a timeless look.
