ZIP System™ Liquid Flash is a liquid-applied flashing membrane made of STPE (silyl-terminated-polyether) technology. This high performance formulation combines the durability of silicones with the toughness of urethanes. Engineered for sealing irregular, curved or hard to flash areas.
