Description
This 3/4 in. x 1/2 in. MIP x FIP malleable iron hex bushing from B & K is designed to reduce threaded pipe size while maintaining a dependable seal in gas and fluid lines. You’d reach for it when adapting fittings in systems carrying lubricant, oil, grease, liquefied petroleum (LP) gas, natural gases such as nitrogen or oxygen, steam or diesel. As a 150-lb class malleable fitting, its relatively softer metal surface helps create a sure seal, and it’s rated to 500 PSI at 150°F for robust performance under pressure.
