Fusion-welded, maintenance-free, all vinyl frame and sash construction. Energy-efficient 3/4 in insulated glass standard; true-sloped sill for efficient water removal. No tool sash removal. Pivoting friction hinge system allows sash to rotate and stay at desired opening. Fully weather-stripped 2X sash top and sides, 3X sash bottom. Cam locking handle. Full screen included. Extruded fin on sill for mortar grab. Pre-drilled installation screw holes; new construction or replacement applications. Sash block fins for new construction/strippable for replacement. Individually boxed. Main frame thickness of 3-1/4 in.
