Description
A durable primer for exterior wood surfaces. This product dries in about 1 hour for top coating with latex house paint to provide an all-latex painting system with outstanding blister and mildew resistance along with excellent color retention. This primer is intended for use on both new wood and previously painted wood in poor condition. It contains special resin which reacts with the stains from bleeding woods such as cedar, redwood, mahogany and fir plywood to prevent discoloration of the topcoat. When staining is severe, a second coat may be necessary to be certain the staining is blocked. This product features water clean-up. Brush application is recommended with this product, particularly on raw wood.
