Description
Casing summer sausage or homemade lunch meats is easy with Weston Hog Rings, sealing in the flavor and keeping out freezer burn. Weston Hog Rings are made to close casings and meat bags for fibrous sausage, closing the open end of the casing. Most hog ring pliers will work with Weston Hog Rings, auto loading or manual. Contains 500 hog ring pieces for use with the Weston hog ring pliers #47-1401. Hog rings approximate measurements: width 1-1/2 in outside (5/8 in inside). Hog rings have a width of 3/8 in after they are pressed through the pliers.
