Description
Rust-Oleum Garage and Interior Floor Primer is designed for use over previously coated garage and interior concrete floors. After applying Garage and Concrete Floor Primer, the floor is ready to be top coated with any opaque epoxy, 2-part epoxy or RockSolid Polycuramine.
