Description
Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Primer Sprays provide a sound base for application on heavily rusted metal. Promotes topcoat adhesion and helps prevent chipping, cracking and peeling and eliminates the need for multiple coats of enamel finish. Not for use on galvanized steel.
