Specially formulated for the treatment of acne on oily or normal skin. No detergents, dyes or fragrance. GRANDMA'S acne bar helps clear up acne blemishes and allows the skin to heal. Helps prevent new acne blemishes from forming. Colloidal oatmeal soothes skin while castor helps control oiliness. Because we are skin safe, sufferers of serious skin conditions and common dry skin have now found consistent relief by using Grandma's lye soap and her other soap products, including non-detergent laundry soap.
