Ingredients:
- 1 small Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 cups of kale, washed and chopped
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp stoneground grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions:
