Description
With elasticity to move with the roof (will not turn brittle in sun or cold); so will not rip out the substrate when the roof moves. Strong adhesion to a wide variety of roofing materials to keep sealant from pulling away from substrate. Sticks even to wet surfaces. Apply in standing water or freezing temperatures. Waterproof, repels water immediately after application and for years to come. Sticks to galvanized metal and aluminum flashing, vents and downspouts; copper and aluminum roofing; PVC and ABS vent pipe; neoprene and plastic pipe flashing; brick, block, mortar, concrete and fiber cement board; acrylic and polycarbonate skylight plastics; asphalt, wood, steel, paint and more.
