Description
The Bayou Classic perforated aluminum skimmer will remove food easily from hot grease or boiling water. The aluminum skimmer differs from Bayou Classics mesh skimmers by the size of the skimmers holes and the separation of the holes. This skimmer is easier to clean, however the small and medium mesh skimmers are stronger. The Bayou Classic perforated aluminum skimmer measures 24 in length x 7-1/2 in width.
