Well crafted from heavy-duty 14 gauge steel. An intelligent digital control center with 1 touch ignition and temperature control from 170-600° F for everything from smoking to searing. Fan forced convection cooking. Comes with integrated meat probe that senses the internal temperature of the food being prepared and once the desired temperature is achieved it automatically reduces the grill temperature to 170° F so you can never overcook again. Indirect or direct flame cooking with the integrated flame broiler. Solid core heavy duty auger, cast porcelain coated cooking grates and a solid bottom shelf. Proprietary exhaust system for even smoking. Stay cool vented handle, prime button for instant feed. Over 700 sq in cooking space
