Seals and protects any asphalt or blacktop surface. Restores driveways and parking lots to their original black finish, and fills small cracks for a more even-looking finish. Clean black finish. Covers approximately 350 sq ft per 5 Gal pail in two thin coats. Coverage varies based on the surface condition and texture.
