36-Inch X 6-1/2-Foot Smoke Glare Control Window Film

Gila® Smoke Glare Control is an intelligently-designed window film that makes viewing TVs and other electronic devices more comfortable in rooms with direct sunlight. It combines advanced heat- and glare-rejecting technologies with a beautiful low-profile finish to create an ideal environment for streaming, surfing or sharing on computers, tablets or mobile phones without pesky reflections. Adhesive film sticks firmly to flat glass surfaces but is easy to install in a short time. Plus, it enhances the look of your windows without obstructing your view of the outside.

How To Install:
1. Thoroughly clean glass surface.
2. Measure the glass surface & cut the film 1 in larger than the size you need.
3. Remove the plastic liner from the film.
4. Spray the window with application solution.
5. Apply the application solution generously to the adhesive side of the film.
6. Starting from the top, apply the film to the window.
7. Uniformly spray the outside of the film with application solution.
8. Squeegee out any air bubbles or imperfections.
9. Trim away extra film.

Tips:
• Apply window film to the INSIDE of the window only.
• Use smaller pieces of extra film to practice before your first time installing.
• Installation & removal is even simpler with two people.
• While it is safe to apply the film year-round, we recommend applying the film to cool glass, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Do not apply film when the outside temperature is below freezing (32 F).

Where to apply Gila® Glare Control:
• To clear, bronze, gray, green, or blue glass or to low-e windows
• Apply to the ROOM-SIDE surface of single and dual-pane windows that do not have storm windows
• For windows with interior removable storm panes, apply to the ROOM-SIDE surface of the removable storm pane
• For windows with exterior removable storm panes, apply to the INNER-MOST surface of the removable storm pane (do not apply outdoors)
• This product can be applied to all window shapes such as patio and French doors, and half-rounds

DO NOT apply Gila® Glare Control Window Film:
• To triple-pane windows or to windows with panes thicker than -inch
• To windows larger than 50 square feet in size
• To glass that is frosted, etched, leaded, cracked, glass with holes or scratches or glass that is otherwise defective
• To glass that is over 40 years old
