Description

The PowerLift900 direct drive screw opener features a simplistic yet strong design with a solid steel direct drive screw for increased strength and unmatched durability, with no belts, chains or gears that wear out. The 1/2 HP AC motor and direct drive screw system provides power to operate heavy residential garage doors up to 500 lbs. in weight. The direct-drive screw is maintenance free and delivers maximum lifting force and greater reliability with no gearing to decrease or artificially enhance the amount of torque provided by the motor.

Accentuating an enhanced design, the enclosed low profile c-channel rail with flush-mounting capability used in conjunction with the screw drive, protect against dirt and debris and eliminates metal on metal contact, which results in improved overall quietness of the screw as well as enhanced cold weather performance. For easier, faster set up and installation the PowerLift uses "SmartSet" push button programming. The comprehensive "Safe-T-Beam" system meets or exceeds all UL, state, federal and CSA regulations and incorporates an auto reversing system that stops and reverses a closing door if anything passes through the beam.

With Auto Seek Dual Frequency the system will automatically seek either the 315 or 390 MHz frequency produced by a remote, helping to ensure the opener will respond regardless of nearby frequency interference. Features "Intellicode" rolling code technology that prevents unauthorized persons from opening the garage door by automatically changing the access code every time it is used.

For faster installation remotes are pre-programmed and ready to use out-of-the-box, which eliminates one step during the initial installation process. "HomeLink" and "Car2U" compatibility links to car's built-in remote system. Includes (2) 3-button pre-programmed remotes, multi-function wall console with vacation lock and light control button and a self diagnostic Safe-T-Beam system.
