Our Basic Garage Package.
The Cherokee package kit features grooved panel siding, aluminum sliding windows, no overhang and no side entry door. Cherokee garage packages include all material and plans, and are designed to be built on your existing concrete slab.

- 2x4 treated bottom plate

- Nails and hardware
- Fiberglass shingles
- Set of framing plans
- Concrete slab required (not included)
- Engineering Wet Stamp not included (if required).
