What is a Sutherlands Gift Card?
A Sutherlands Gift card is a declining cash balance card that can be used to purchase merchandise at *participating Sutherlands Lumber locations in the United States.

What denominations are available?
Gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $10 and $2000.

Can I purchase Gift Cards online?
Not yet. At this time, Gift cards can only be purchased at our stores. Please contact any of our stores for purchase information.

Do Gift Cards have an expiration date?
Sutherlands Gift Cards expire after two years unless otherwise required by law.

Can I receive cash back on a Gift Card?
A remaining balance can not be refunded as cash. Merchandise purchased with a gift card can only be returned for store credit.

Where can I use Sutherlands Gift Cards?
Sutherlands Gift Cards can be used at any *participating Sutherland Lumber location.

Can I reload money onto a Sutherlands Gift Card?
Sutherlands Gift Cards can only be used until they reach a zero balance. A new card will be issued for additional funds.

 

*Gift cards purchased at Sutherlands stores in Alexandria, LA, Amarillo, TX, Forth Worth, TX, Lubbock, TX, Moberly, MO, and Nevada, MO can only be redeemed or used at those stores. Gift cards purchased at other Sutherland stores identified in this website can be redeemed at any Sutherlands store, except those stores in Alexandria, LA, Amarillo, TX, Forth Worth, TX, Lubbock, TX, Moberly, MO, and Nevada, MO.
