	Ask your Cashier at ANY participating location to scan your Friends of the Family card each time you make a purchase. Qualifying purchases at any participating store count towards your *5% Family Reward.
	Twice a year, you'll be issued a Reward equal to 5% of your purchases, and good towards any future purchase! Your Reward will automatically be credited to your account after the period ends. It can be used towards *any future purchases.
	Friends of the Family members also receive exclusive email and advertised offers throughout the entire year!

Redeeming your Rewards Points is now easier than ever!

For your convenience, it is no longer necessary to present a paper voucher for redemption.
Paper vouchers are no longer mailed at the end of each period. Your Rewards are now credited directly to your account at the end of each period.
Your current and future points are now indicated at the bottom of each receipt and to registered Friends on our web site.

*Note: Friends of the Family purchases made using the Sutherlands Credit Card will receive a 2% Friends of the Family Reward and a 3% Sutherlands Card Reward for a total of 5%.

** Reward points cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or redeemed during Friends of the Family Sale days. Please see store for details about excluded days or purchases. Reward points cannot be used to pay outstanding balances on in-house accounts or the Sutherlands credit card.
